FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless self-organizing mesh communication networks. Method involves sending, by a subscriber initiating device, over a radio channel to all subscriber devices of a communication network within its range, and receiving a response from the subscriber device – the addressee, after which a route for transmitting information is determined. Request containing the IP address of the addressee in the communication network is generated by network controller 3 of the subscriber device-initiator of transmission. Received request from receiver 2 of the subscriber device is transmitted to interface module 7, and from it to arithmetic logic device 8. Forwarding the request between subscriber devices of the network is carried out until a response is received by the transmission initiator. Based on the measured time intervals for obtaining answers, arithmetic logic device 8 of the transmission initiator determines the path of the fastest transmission of information based on the minimum time.

EFFECT: providing search and organization of the fastest data transmission route from a transmission initiator (transmitter) to a destination (receiver) in a self-organizing mesh network using radio channels as a method of transmitting information.
