FIELD: food industry; cosmetic industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing a liposomal emulsion with essential oil, involving use of soya lecithin as an emulsifier. In the reactor, lecithin is combined with saline heated to temperature of 35 °C, which is 0.9% NaCl, in ratio 1:8 and stirring at rate of 30 rpm until complete dissolution, and adding 0.01% of ascorbic acid from the final volume of the emulsion as an antioxidant, after which essential oil is slowly introduced into the obtained solution in an amount equal to the amount of lecithin, and stirred for 15 minutes at rate of 300 rpm, then in a high-pressure homogenizer for 3 cycles of 3 minutes each at temperature of 33 °C, pH 6.5-8.0, zeta potential 20-30 mV with gradual pressure increase from 20 to 40 MPa, liposomes are obtained until they reach size of 300±50 nm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a low-component emulsion with possibility of its preservation for a long period of time without loss of quality characteristics.
