FIELD: medicine; performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for treating injured bone tissues and a method of producing granular materials from calcium sulphate (CS) and tricalcium phosphate (TCP). A method of producing granules of calcium sulphate and tricalcium phosphate, involving mixing a powder of a mixture of anhydrous calcium sulphate and tricalcium phosphate with water, followed by moulding using a vegetable oil as a dispersion medium. Formation of a mixture of anhydrous calcium sulphate with tricalcium phosphate, taken in the ratio of CS:TCP 1 or 2, is carried out in first 2-3 minutes after mixing the powder with water in the ratio of powder : water of 0.5 or 0.67 when the shaft of the blade mixer is rotated at speed of 100-300 min-1 for 40-60 minutes. Moulded granules are separated from oil, washed with heptane and dried in air. Obtained granules of calcium sulphate and TCP are resorbed in model liquids under physiological conditions: at pH 7.4 and temperature 37 °C for 14-20 days.
EFFECT: obtaining granules of CS with TCP close to spherical shape.
