FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a haemostatic tourniquet. Tourniquet includes a braid, on the first end of which a hook is fixed by means of its base, which is connected to the braid, and a buckle is installed on the second end with the possibility of sliding. Tourniquet has a flexible support platform containing hangers fixed on its ends, through which the said braid is passed. One of the above belt hangers includes a fixing element for fixation of the wrench. Braid between the hangers includes a loop, at the base of which a limiting washer is installed. Wrench is passed through the loop, which on both sides of the loop contains unloading washers made with possibility of interaction with the limiting washer, for load redistribution when the limiting washer rests against the unloading washers during tightening, as well as retaining rings preventing the wrench falling out of the loop. Buckle includes a frame made in the form of a rectangular base with two long and two short walls, where one of the long walls includes an eyelet configured to interact with the hook when the tourniquet is fixed on the extremity. Inside the frame there is a movable retainer containing two plates connected to each other along the edges by two pins.
EFFECT: providing simple fixation of a tourniquet on an extremity of any diameter without puncture of the braid with simultaneous increase of durability of the device.
