FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hemostatic tourniquet. The tourniquet includes a piece of braid, at the end of which there is a buckle with a stopper configured to pass through the fibers of the braid when the tourniquet is fixed on the limb. The tourniquet has a flexible support platform containing loops fixed at their ends through which the specified braid is threaded. One of the belt loops includes a locking element for securing the knob. The braid is designed to slide between the belt loops and includes a loop at the base of which a limit washer is installed. A knob is threaded through the loop secured with a rivet passing through the loop and knob to prevent the knob from falling out of the loop.
EFFECT: expanding the range of braid tightening lengths while simultaneously simplifying the design and ease of use and increasing the reliability of the device.
