SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hemostatic tourniquet. The tourniquet includes a piece of braid, at the end of which there is a buckle with a stopper configured to pass through the fibers of the braid when the tourniquet is fixed on the limb. The tourniquet has a flexible support platform, containing loops fixed at their ends, through which the specified braid is threaded. Each of the loops includes a fixing element. The braid is made with the possibility of passing between the loops after the harness is fixed by means of a buckle with a stopper. The braid between the said loops includes a loop connected to the collar, which tightens the braid when it rotates. The collar is made with the possibility of its placement and fixation in the fixing elements.

EFFECT: expanding the range of the length of the braid with simultaneous ease of use.
