FIELD: vehicles in general.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Car crankcase protection device manufacturing method consists in applying noise-insulating coating on blank surface to produce multilayer panel. Technological and fastening holes are cut in the obtained multilayer panel with a laser. Tray having a main part and a front part bent upwards, sides and fastening elements, so that the noise-insulating coating is located on the side of the tray facing the car engine, is moulded from the multilayer panel.
EFFECT: higher noise protection.
