FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices in the field of sports, namely to devices intended for training of upper extremities. Purpose of the invention is to provide more effective training of forearm and hand muscles as compared to existing analogues. Operating principle of the simulator is based on overcoming the moment of resistance forces created due to compression of the friction disc by the power elastic element, which is installed between two parts of the simulator body that move relative to each other, which act as handles. Power resilient element is a part of adjustment mechanism, which is placed inside one of handles of training device. Trainee, by rotating the handles relative to each other, performs useful work against friction forces and thus receives the necessary load on the muscles of the forearms and hands.
EFFECT: possibility of smooth regulation of the load level in a wide range of values, as well as maintaining its constancy during the training process.
