FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: femoral osteosynthesis device after detorsion corrective supracondylar osteotomy includes an extra-bone plate with six holes for cortical screws. Device is equipped with a temporary rod for the femur. Osseous plate is made in the proximal portion with a semi-circular transverse element with a graduated slot for the temporary rod for the femur. Three cortical screws can be placed distal to the planned osteotomy, and the remaining three vertical screws can be placed in the femur proximal to the osteotomy.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to facilitate and make more controllable torsion correction of the femur, thereby reducing the probability of insufficient or excessive correction, reducing the number of surgical instruments used, reducing the length of the operation and its injuries, and reducing blood loss.
