SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a composition of an agricultural product for converting 3-keto-DON substrate into 3-epi-DON. Said agricultural product composition contains one or more polypeptides containing or consisting of the sequence SEQ ID NO. 1-14 or containing or consisting of sequence, which is at least 75% identical to any of SEQ ID NO. 1-14, and a carrier. Invention also relates to a polypeptide comprising the sequence SEQ ID NO. 1 or identical to it by at least 92%, feed and food additives and products, method of converting trichothecene containing 3-oxo group to trichothecene, a method for reducing the content of DON, a host cell and applications, including for preventing or treating mycotoxicosis.

EFFECT: present invention provides conversion of 3-keto-DON substrate into 3-epi-DON and DON products with 3-epi-DON:DON ratio of at least 25:1.
