FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and cell technologies, and can be used for safe transportation and creation of an optimal medium for stem cells, as well as a device for processing and preserving a tooth in case of its dislocation for subsequent replantation (implantation). Container is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped of plastic, which is resistant to treatment with disinfectants, and consists of three compartments arranged one above the other with valves installed between them. First compartment with the possibility of being filled with a penicillin-streptomycin solution has dimensions of 50 mm × 100 mm × 50 mm and is provided with a cover placed on the upper side of the container with dimensions of 50 mm × 100 mm × 3 mm and a drain valve for removing the penicillin-streptomycin solution. In the upper wall of the second compartment, made with dimensions of 50 mm × 100 mm × 50 mm, a sealing bushing is installed, made to cover it from the inside with a sodium alginate hydrogel and for sealing the surface of the tooth passed through the bushing, and having the shape of a truncated cone with a lower base radius of 25 mm, height of 35 mm, a top base radius of 7.5 mm. Third compartment with dimensions of 50 mm × 100 mm × 50 mm is equipped with a cover with dimensions of 50 mm × 50 mm × 50 mm, which is placed on the end side of the container.

EFFECT: increased time of transportation of cell material of pulp of extracted teeth to laboratory, maintaining sterility of medium inside container compartments and optimal concentration of antibiotic solution in container compartment for contamination of microorganisms for the purpose of successful cultivation of cell material in the future.
