SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, nanotechnology and medicine, in particular to a nanomotor with an enzyme engine containing a particle with a surface, an enzyme and a heterologous molecule; according to the invention, the enzyme and the heterologous molecule are attached discretely along the entire surface of the particle. Invention also relates to a nanomotor for use in therapy, diagnosis and prediction, particularly for treating cancer.
EFFECT: invention proposes a nanomotor with an enzyme drive, which is easy to produce and adapt to various applications, while maintaining high mobility.
