FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of stabilization treatment of drinking water with Langelier stability index J<0 and can be used for treatment of drinking water in internal cold and hot water supply systems of residential and public buildings. Method involves filtration of water through granular, fractional sorption, mineralizing charge and micron materials. Filtration is carried out successively in stages through the loading of filter sorbent, then through a mixture of Calcite and Sorbent MC. Weight ratio of Calcite and Sorbent MC is from 1:9 to 9:1 depending on pH of initial water. Fractional composition of Calcite 0.5÷1.5 mm, Sorbent MC 1.5÷5 mm. Then the stabilized water is filtered on micron filters. Then filtered stabilized water is treated with phosphate-silicate inhibitor. During stabilization treatment of drinking water, the mineralization process is controlled by measuring pH and electrical conductivity, according to which a stability index is determined, corrosion resistance is evaluated by monitoring general and pitting corrosion.

EFFECT: improvement of cold and hot water quality indicators due to increased stability of drinking water in internal cold and hot water supply systems of residential and public buildings, which increases corrosion resistance of structural materials of water supply system, and, accordingly, increases service life of sanitary equipment, and thereby increases reliability of its operation.
