FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic and orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for use in tooth-preserving therapy of single teeth with completely destroyed crown part. Complex of measures is carried out, including preservation, restoration and use as a support of teeth roots with complete destruction of the crown part of the tooth by means of three consecutive stages of treatment. At the first stage, the controlled micronecrosis of the hypertrophied mucous membrane of the cervical part of the alveolar process is provoked. Second stage – therapeutic treatment – involves a complex of periodontal manipulations – antiseptic and anti-inflammatory – baths: a decoction of chamomile, sage, until the treatment is completed, a dressing: salcoseryl anti-burn ointment 5% once a day until complete healing, injections of lincomycin 30% – 1 ml – lidocaine 2 % – 1 ml for 10 days – 10 injections, as well as a complex of endodontic manipulations – mechanical treatment of root canals, drug-antiseptic treatment of root canals with 3% hydrogen peroxide, opening of an apex opening, soda-salt baths – in a glass of boiled water at room temperature 0.5 teaspoon of soda, 0.5 salt, 2-3 times day for 3-4 days, root canal filling with a paste for root canal filling – endometasone, resorcinol-formaldehyde paste, placing a temporary filling of dentin-paste. After formation of coagulated mucous membrane of alveolar process around temporary filling from dentin-paste, next orthopaedic stage of treatment consists in using roots as support. When restoring a single tooth, pin teeth and stump inlays are formed, crowns or bridges are formed as a support for fixed orthopaedic structures.
EFFECT: due to three consecutive stages of treatment, method includes controlled micronecrosis of mucous membrane of cervical part of alveolar process, therapeutic and orthopaedic methods of treatment, allows to preserve, restore and use as support teeth roots with complete destruction of crown part of tooth.
