SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of tailgates for vehicles and means for opening, holding in the open position and closing them. Vehicle tailgate lifting assistance system comprises connecting means for the vehicle tailgate and the vehicle body detachable connection, energy storage device located inside the vehicle body and made with possibility of rotary attachment by one end to the vehicle body, crank connected to the other end of the energy storage device with possibility of rotation and rigidly connected to the drive shaft coaxially located with the axis of rotation of the tailgate, and a pivot bracket assembly comprising a mounting bracket secured to the vehicle body and holding a bearing assembly to provide a rotational connection about the pivot axis of the tailgate.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the structure, which reduces the effect of the environment, vibration and inertial loads, and ensuring tightness to prevent ingress of debris and foreign objects into the connection.
