FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for testing pipe steel-aluminium adapters operating in cryogenic temperatures. Test bench for cryogenic tests of steel-aluminium adapters contains a cryostat with a cover filled with a cryogenic liquid, pressure sensors: main, first, second, third, heat exchanger-condenser, flow limiter, filter, vacuum pump, pressure reducer, gas cylinder, shutoff valves: main, first, second, third, as well as made in the form of pipelines from stainless steel: a line for filling a pipe steel-aluminium adapter with a cryogenic liquid, pressure control lines, pressure reduction, pressure increase, gas discharge lines. Tubular steel-aluminium adapter is installed in the cryostat of the stand for cryogenic tests, to the aluminium branch pipe of which a solid aluminium plug is welded, and to the steel branch pipe of which a steel flange with two unions is welded. Main pressure sensor is connected to the first nozzle of the steel flange of the steel-aluminium adapter, to which the line for filling the pipe steel-aluminium adapter with cryogenic liquid is connected. Pressure control line with a heat exchanger-condenser immersed in a cryogenic liquid and a flow limiter with a filter located outside the cryostat are connected to the second union of the steel flange of the steel-aluminium adapter. Downstream of the filter, the pressure control line is divided into two lines: a pressure reduction line and a pressure increase line.
EFFECT: increased safety of bench tests of pipe steel-aluminium adapters at cryogenic temperatures.
