SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a culture medium for primary ovarian cancer cells containing an MST1/2 kinase inhibitor; Rho kinase inhibitor, which is selected from at least one of Y27632, fasudil and H-1152; insulin-transferrin-selenium additive; insulin; prostaglandin E2; epidermal growth factor; gastrin; insulin-like growth factor 1; cholera toxin; amphiregulin; N2; and B27. Compared to existing cultivation methods, in vitro cultivation using said culture medium has higher amplification efficiency.
EFFECT: use of the disclosed culture medium for culturing primary ovarian cancer cells can preserve the morphological structure and pathological features of primary tissues, as well as improve the success rate and survival rate of the cultured primary ovarian cancer cells; cell model obtained using the culture medium for primary cells according to the present invention can be used to assess the efficacy and screening of drugs suitable for treating ovarian cancer.
