SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for imaging and analysing biological samples. System comprises recording device (100), which consists of platform (110) for mounting substrates with culture medium (111); imaging system (130), comprising illumination unit (131) located in direct optical access from one of the surfaces of the substrate with culture medium (111), optical system (132) comprising two sets of fixed mirrors (160), (161), and detection unit (141); control unit (140), comprising switching unit (141) and connected by two-way communication with platform (110), lighting unit (131) and detection unit (133); image analysis device (200).
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of the system and higher reliability of analysis results.
