FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for producing a dry fodder additive for farm animals and poultry, involving cultivation of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii Y-3925 yeast strain in a liquid nutrient medium to achieve concentration of 6×109 CFU/g, separation of obtained biomass, adding an enzymatic complex and macroelements and mixing them, adding a cryoprotectant of lactose to the obtained mixture and lyophilising the obtained mixture. Enzymatic complex and macronutrients, which are added to the obtained yeast biomass, include: α-amylase – 200 units/g; cellobiase (β-glucosidase) – 100 units/g; Fe – 10 mg/g; Mg – 10 mg/g; Zn – 0.02 mg/g; Cu – 0.01 mg/g; Co – 0.08 mg/g; I – 6 mg/g. Also disclosed is a dry fodder additive obtained using said method.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a fodder additive providing higher productivity of farm animals and poultry.
