FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to production of a fodder additive for use in rations of farm animals and poultry. Method of producing a milk-and-vegetable fodder additive involves mixing fresh or reconstituted milk whey and secondary vegetal raw materials. Dry beet pulp is mixed with milk whey at ratio of 1:15. Mixture is held at temperature of 40 °C for 4 hours and cooled to temperature of 25 °C. Then pectinolytic enzyme Lallzyme C-Max is added at rate of 5 g per 1 ton of the mixture and dry yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in amount of 0.1 % of the mixture weight, and fermented for 24 hours with periodic stirring. Value of Ph=6.0–6.5 is set in the mixture by adding ammonium hydroxide. NOLA® Fit lactase enzyme is added to the prepared mixture in amount of 0.1 % of the mixture weight. Finished mixture is held at temperature of 30 °C for 12 hours, pasteurized, cooled and delivered for packing.

EFFECT: invention usage will make it possible to produce bifidogenic fodder additive with increased nutritional value and high functional value.
