FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and chemical engineering, specifically to synthetic chemistry of organometallic coordination materials based on zirconium salts and carboxylic acids, as well as to production of ZrO2 doped with scandium. Zirconium carboxylates belong to the class of organometallic frameworks and are used as catalysts for various chemical processes, for obtaining metal-containing polymers, ceramic materials in microelectronics, solar power engineering, for production and accumulation of energy. Scandium-doped zirconium formate-based organometallic frame material having a composition ZrO(HCOO)2⋅2H2O : xSc3+ (x=0.025–0.1 at.%). Obtaining zirconium oxide, doped with scandium, involves annealing an organometallic frame material based on zirconium formate, doped with scandium, ZrO(HCOO)2⋅2H2O : xSc3+ (x=0.025–0.1 at.%) at temperature of 700-750 °C for 1-2 hours.
EFFECT: as a result of the invention, an environmentally friendly organometallic frame material based on zirconium formate is obtained, and also enables to obtain zirconium oxide using the obtained material.
