FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to production of dry mixtures used for production of functional beverages. Disclosed is a dry mixture for production of a beverage, which contains instant powder of Japanese green tea, as well as vegetable ingredients in the form of oat milk powder, or almond milk powder, or coconut milk powder, or soya milk powder, or dairy ingredients in the form of dry milk powder, or dry milk whey powder at the following initial ratio: Japanese green tea instant powder 10–80%, oat milk powder, or almond milk powder, or coconut milk powder, or soya milk powder, or dry milk powder, or dry milk whey powder 20–90%. Dry mixture for beverage production additionally contains flavouring agents, emulsifiers, sugar, sweeteners, colouring agents and preserving agents.
EFFECT: invention consists in provision of possibility to produce beverage with increased biological value from non-traditional raw materials according to non-waste technology.
