SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a mammalian cell line which expresses the hormone recombinant horse chorionic gonadotropin (reCG). Invention also describes a cell line expressing reCG, a large-scale method of producing reCG, reCG with higher biological activity compared to PMSG, a composition containing reCG, nucleic acids coding reCG, and use thereof.
EFFECT: invention can be used for ovulation induction in female animals.
