SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular technologies and can be used for recombinant production of human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Cell line huFSHKKc6 is obtained by transforming huFSHIK cells with an expression plasmid of length 7719 base pairs consisting of a PuroR with SV40 polyA resistance gene shortened by 3'LTR HIV-1, Amp resistance gene, an AmpR promoter, SV40 and pBR322 replication origin, a human p53 NP promoter, a pgk constitutive promoter of the phosphoglycerate kinase gene, a synthetic nucleotide sequence coding the full-size alpha-subunit of human FSH, a translation termination signal consisting of 3 base pairs and a consensus Kozak signal sequence. Method of producing recombinant human FSH involves culturing huFSHKKc6 cells in a serum-free medium, recovering from a formed culture fluid of human FSH and chromatographic purification thereof by successive ion-exchange, affinity and hydrophobic chromatography.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining a cell line producing high-productive and stably secrete FSH.
