FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and a method of producing biologically active substances (polysaccharides) from higher fungi - basidiomycetes. Method of producing polysaccharides from mushrooms, including milling dry mushroom raw material, mixing and holding it for time at temperatures sufficient for maximum output of target biologically active substances from raw materials, wherein mushroom raw material is dried in a dryer, then distilled water is added to the dried raw material at ratio of 1:20, the mixture is placed in a magnetic mixer for 3 hours at temperature of 80 °C, then the mixture is placed in a water bath for 3 hours at temperature of 95 °C, then the mixture is centrifuged at 3730 g for 30 minutes, t = 6 °C, obtained supernatant is separated, and water is added to sediment in ratio of 1:20, and again the mixture is centrifuged under previous conditions, then the supernatants are combined and put on dialysis for a day, water is changed every 2 hours, the mixture is centrifuged again twice: at 3730 g for 30 min, t = 6 °C, then at 7500 g for 20 min, t = 6 °C, double volume of ethanol is added to obtained supernatant and maintained at t = 5 °C for a day, then re-centrifuged at 3730 g for 40 minutes at t = 6 °C, distilled water is added to the obtained precipitate at ratio of 1:75, then the supernatants are combined and put on dialysis for a day with water change every 2 hours, the obtained purified solution is concentrated in a rotary evaporator, frozen with liquid nitrogen and lyophilized.

EFFECT: method described above enables to completely extract the end product from the mushroom raw material.
