FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to predict the risk of severe preeclampsia. Method comprises determining in pregnant women with preeclampsia of moderate severity of type of daily blood pressure profile (DBPP), episodes of interruption of sleep for urination—nocturia (NU), on the basis of which the values of the classification function (P) are calculated by the given formulas. If the P value is 47 or less, a high risk of developing severe preeclampsia is predicted for 3–10 days, and if P is more than 47, a low risk of developing severe preeclampsia is predicted at the specified time.
EFFECT: method enables diagnosing early clinical manifestations of the severity of the pathological process and providing a rational choice of obstetric tactics due to the integrated assessment of the set of the most significant indicators.
