FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for production of a jellied sweet product, according to which water, white sugar and vanilla sugar are added to cream, the mixture is heated until sugar dissolves, chocolate is added and heated until chocolate dissolves. Edible gelatine prepared swollen in water is added, heating is continued till its dissolution. One introduces cranberry juice with distiller's dried grain with solubles added to the hot creamy-chocolate mixture; the juice is produced from previously defrosted cranberries by separating the pulp from the liquid portion. Obtained mixture is stirred and heating is stopped, then the mixture is cooled and whipped, poured into containers, cooled at temperature until solidification is not less than 3 hours. Before serving, one places defrosted cranberries, defrosted cloudberries and fried milled hazelnuts on top of the product.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with a balanced content of animal and vegetable proteins, as well as with increased nutritive and biological value.
