FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a reactor with an ascending flow inside a reaction vessel, which has a longitudinal axis and includes an inlet of the reactor with an ascending flow at one end and at least one outlet of the reactor with an ascending flow at the opposite end. Device includes a separation vessel including at least one separation chamber and at least one collection chamber distributed in an alternating order around a longitudinal axis. Each separation chamber contains two vertical side walls, which also contain a wall of one adjacent of at least one collection chamber. In at least one of the vertical side walls there is a lateral outlet of the separation chamber to provide for the transfer of fluid medium and particles from the side separation chamber to one adjacent of the at least one collection chamber. Separation vessel includes at least one collection chamber deflector located in at least one collection chamber, at least partially above the side outlet of the separation chamber. Invention also relates to an embodiment of the device.
EFFECT: improved separation of catalyst phases and vapours at the outlet of the reactor with an ascending flow, increased efficiency of gas collection, improved stability of operation.
