SUBSTANCE: invention represents a test system for real-time PCR detection of the causative agent of late blight of root collar Phytophthora cactorum. Test system comprises an amplification mixture consisting of a reaction buffer, deoxynucleotide triphosphates, two oligonucleotide primers specific to a fragment of the YPT1 gene, one oligonucleotide probe labelled with a fluorescent FAM dye, positive control sample, which is a recombinant plasmid DNA containing the corresponding fragment of the pathogen genome.

EFFECT: invention enables highly specific identification of cDNA with high sensitivity, the number of genome equivalents detected in one reaction test tube is not less than 10.
