FIELD: molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a test system for apple stem grooving virus detection by real-time PCR method. Test system includes: an amplification mixture consisting of a reaction buffer, deoxynucleotide triphosphates, two oligonucleotide primers specific to a fragment of a gene coding a virus envelope protein, one oligonucleotide probe labelled with a fluorescent dye FAM. Mixture also includes a positive control sample, which is a recombinant plasmid DNA containing the corresponding fragment of the virus genome.
EFFECT: invention enables highly specific identification of apple stem grooving virus DNA with high sensitivity.
