FIELD: molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a test system for detecting chlorotic leafspot virus of apple leaves, comprising a mixture for carrying out amplification, consisting of a reaction buffer, deoxynucleotide triphosphates, two oligonucleotide primers Seq1 and Seq2, specific to a fragment of a gene encoding a virus envelope protein, one oligonucleotide probe Seq3 labelled with a fluorescent dye FAM. Mixture also includes a positive control sample, which is a recombinant plasmid DNA Seq4 containing the corresponding fragment of the virus genome.
EFFECT: invention enables highly specific identification of DNA of chlorotic leafspot virus of apple-tree leaves, with high sensitivity.
