FIELD: molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a test system for detecting an apple stem pitting virus by real-time PCR. Test system includes: an amplification mixture consisting of a reaction buffer, deoxynucleotide triphosphates, two oligonucleotide primers specific to a gene fragment coding RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, one oligonucleotide probe labelled with a fluorescent FAM dye, positive control sample, which is a recombinant plasmid DNA containing the corresponding fragment of the virus genome.
EFFECT: development of a test system for highly specific identification of cDNA, with high sensitivity for detection of apple stem pitting virus ASPV by PCR method in real time.
