FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to oncology. Bleomycin 80 mcg/mouse in normal saline 30 mcl is introduced once intratracheally in C57BL/6 male mice. On 14th day following the administration of bleomycin, a subcutaneous transplantation of a suspension of tumour cells of Lewis lung carcinoma is performed. On 28th day following the administration of bleomycin, the histological characteristics and the progression of tumour nodules in the pulmonary tissue are used to state the combined pathology.
EFFECT: method allows to form a model of the combined pathology of pulmonary fibrosis complicated by lung cancer, which is based on pathomorphological changes in the lung tissue, mutually affecting each other, which in turn allows to develop effective treatment technologies aimed at the regeneration of injured tissues and having anti-tumour activity.
