FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for preparing a multifunctional hydroxyapatite composite containing cadmium sulphide nanoparticles. Method of producing hydroxyapatite-based composite material containing cadmium sulphide nanoparticles, involving production of cadmium sulphide nanoparticles by liquid-phase reduction reaction using aqueous solutions of cadmium chloride and sodium sulphide in presence of a dispersant with subsequent production of a suspension of hydroxyapatite and cadmium sulphide and its treatment, where dispersant used is disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA-Na2) at ratio, mol: CdCl2 : EDTA-Na2 : Na2S = 1÷2 : 1÷2 : 1÷2.4, wherein initial concentration of aqueous cadmium chloride solution is equal to 1.25⋅10-3÷6.2⋅10-2 M, initial concentration of aqueous solution of sodium sulphide is equal to 3⋅10-3÷3.1⋅10-2 M, initial concentration of aqueous solution of disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is equal to 10-3÷7⋅10-2 M; and treatment of a suspension of hydroxyapatite (HAP) and cadmium sulphide in ratio, mol: HAP : CdS = 1 : 1.14÷14.33, is carried out by mechanical mixing at rate of 170-180 rpm for 160-180 minutes at room temperature with subsequent filtering of the precipitate.
EFFECT: present invention simplifies production of the hydroxyapatite-based composite containing cadmium sulphide nanoparticles.
