FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device used in traumatology and orthopaedics for modifying the surface of thermoplastic implants. Automated system of chambers for processing implants comprises a central chamber for loading and unloading an implant and radially arranged thermally isolated from each other processing chambers separated from the central chamber by corrugated roller shutters. Central chamber is made with possibility of thermal insulation of treatment chambers from each other when moving implant from one chamber to another without simultaneous opening of roller shutters. Circular rotary mechanism is built into the bottom of the housing of the central chamber with the possibility of being rotated through 360° in the form of a platform with rail guides rotating around its central axis, on which there is a trolley with a metal frame fixed on it in the form of a mesh basket made of stainless acid-resistant steel for placing the implant. Trolley is made with the possibility of movement along the rail guides from the central chamber to the processing chambers by means of the mechanism made with the possibility of changing the direction of movement of the trolley between the processing chambers. In the upper part of the central chamber there is a unit for movement along axes X, Y, Z, which contains a support frame and a working platform. To the working platform of the assembly there attached are fixing elements made in the form of electromagnets or a gripping system for detachable connection with a frame located in the upper part of the metal frame for placing the implant. Unit for movement in the upper part of the chamber along axes X and Y consists of circular rail guides, roller guides, a roller fastening element, a driving belt and a stepping motor, which are connected to each other. Support frame of the assembly is connected to the roller fastening element. Stepper motor is attached to the support frame of the assembly, which is made with possibility of driving the rotation transmission axis. Stiffness element for transmission of rotation is fixed with rotation transmission axis and upper movable axis, which is made with possibility of movement along guides by means of wheel unit fixed on horizontal axes, each of which is connected with scissor levers made with possibility of movement along Z axis.
EFFECT: system enables to automate all stages of implant processing, which enables to obtain reproducible results, and also eliminates the risk of implant contamination.
