SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for culturing human cells, comprising culturing human cells in a culture medium, wherein said culture medium is a medium without serum albumin and contains an excipient in an effective amount, wherein said excipient is selected from a group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol and modified polyalkylene glycol and a method for culturing human cells, comprising culturing human cells in a culture medium, wherein said culture medium contains polyalkylene glycol modified with a copolymer containing a polyvinyl caprolactam block and a polyvinyl acetate block in an effective amount. Also disclosed are compositions for human cell proliferation and culturing, containing polyalkylene glycol modified with a copolymer containing a polyvinyl caprolactam block and a polyvinyl acetate block.
EFFECT: invention is used for culturing human blood cells.
