FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-retardant materials and specifically to a multilayer fire-resistant elastic web with a fire-retardant intumescent rolled coating. Invention is intended for fire protection of building, structures and equipment. Multilayer fire-resistant elastic web with fire-retardant intumescent rolled coating consists of heat-treated silica fabric with vermiculite sputtering with thickness of 0.25-2.5 mm, density of 600-1200 kg/m3, basalt fibre with thickness of not more than 5 mm, with solid particles content of less than 5%, density of not more than 140 kg/m3, average fibre diameter of 1-3 mcm, stitched by needle punching with a silica thread, fire-retardant intumescent roll coating with thickness of 0.25-2.5 mm, consisting of an elastic polymer composition based on synthetic rubber and oxidised graphite applied to a reinforcing mesh consisting of fibreglass, basalt and silica fibres and carbon fibre reinforced plastic, heat-treated silica fabric with vermiculite sputtering with thickness of 0.25-2.5 mm, density of 600-1200 kg/m3, wherein web layers are stitched with silica, glass or basalt thread.
EFFECT: providing fire resistance for loss of integrity (E) of more than 60 minutes, for loss of heat-insulating capacity (I) for more than 60 minutes.
