FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to passive fire protection devices and can be used mainly for sealing cable passage places through various building structures to prevent the spread of fire from one room to another during construction, installation of equipment, operation due to its geometrical sizes restoration ability after elimination of deformation action. Claimed object is solved by fire-resistant cable tunneling for walls and floors of buildings, containing at least electric cable, around which there is a deformation element compressed to up to 40 % of the initial volume, made from incombustible basalt fiber with fiber thickness of not more than 2 mcm and placed in a non-flammable shell of silica fabric. End faces of element on both sides are closed by composite fire-resistant incombustible plate made on cement binder with light mineral filler, reinforced on both sides by glass grate, and collar made of incombustible basalt fiber with shell from silica fabric.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent penetration of fire from one room into another through space in fire partition (wall), which remains after installation of cable and appears as a result of combustion or fusion of cable shell.
