SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a heating unit for an aerosol generation device, an aerosol generation device and a method for manufacturing a heating unit. Heating unit for an aerosol generating device comprises a first layer in the form of a substrate, which is an electrically insulating layer in the form of a substrate, a heating element arranged on a first layer in the form of a substrate, a second layer in the form of a substrate, which is an electrically insulating layer in the form of a substrate and covering the heating element and a first layer in the form of a substrate, temperature sensor located on the second layer in the form of substrate, third layer in the form of a substrate, which is an electrically insulating layer in the form of a substrate and at least partially covering the temperature sensor and covering the second layer in the form of a substrate. Heating unit comprises at least one of the following: first adhesive layer between first layer in form of substrate and heating element, second adhesive layer between heating element and second layer in form of substrate, third adhesive layer between second adhesive layer and temperature sensor, and fourth adhesive layer between the temperature sensor and third substrate layer.

EFFECT: improved strength and reliability of the heating unit for the aerosol generating device.
