TRAINING DEVICE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MANUAL SKILLS OF DRILLING HOLES Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2839517 C1

FIELD: teaching aids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training means, namely to training devices for practicing manual skills of handling drilling tool. Training device comprises a body with load-carrying parts in the form of two parallel rectangular plates made of transparent polymethyl methacrylate. Between the plates, the training material to be drilled is arranged, and along each of the plates side edges a row of opposed four through windows of the same dimensions exceeding the drill diameter is made, and the same shape to limit the working areas when drilling holes in the training material with possibility of the drill exit from the material reverse side through the through window of the plate and monitoring the presence of perforation or deformation of the material during training. At the same time in side edges of plate with window for exit of drill there are four grooves arranged to provide access to training material and possibility of its movement relative to openings made in plates.

EFFECT: more effective development of manual skills of drilling holes, intensified control of the training process by the trainee, possibility of increasing intensity of training and preventing errors when drilling holes.
