SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket and space engineering, namely to methods of creating satellite systems of spacecrafts. Process of creating an aggregated satellite information system includes determining consumers and spectrum of information support, selection of on-board equipment, formation of parameters of space platforms and ground control system, ranking of parameters, formalization of target indicators, determination of parameters of ballistic structures of orbital groups and optimization of parameters for synchronization of orbital vehicles.
EFFECT: reduction of resource costs when creating an orbital satellite system, as well as increase in its structural stability.
