FIELD: aerosol generating devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for generating an aerosol (versions) and a method of controlling such a device. Device includes accumulator intended for power supply. Also includes thermoelement, resistance value of which varies depending on heating temperature. It also includes a sampling resistor electrically connected to the thermoelement, thus forming a control circuit. It also includes a controller designed to determine the heating temperature according to the relationship between any two electrical characteristics of the control circuit, electrical characteristics of the sampling resistor and electrical characteristics of the thermoelement. Sampling resistor is connected in series to the thermocouple. Electrical characteristics include voltage. Ratio includes at least one of the following ratios. First relationship between voltage at both ends of the control circuit and voltage at both ends of the sampling resistor, the relationship between voltage at both ends of the control circuit and voltage at both ends of the thermocouple. Following relationship is between voltage at both ends of the sampling resistor and voltage at both ends of the thermoelement. Sampling resistor is connected in parallel to the thermocouple. Electrical characteristics include current. Ratio includes ratio between current flowing through sampling resistor and current flowing through thermoelement.
EFFECT: easier temperature control.
