FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, more specifically to polymer materials for tissue engineering. Disclosed is a method of producing a composite non-woven polymer material, according to which cellulose acetate is dissolved in acetone to obtain a solution with cellulose acetate content of 20 wt.%, then solution is homogenised in ultrasonic bath and held at room temperature for 24 hours, further, adding amikacin sulphate powder in amount of 2.5-7.5% of the mass of cellulose acetate, homogenising the obtained mixture in an ultrasonic bath and electrospinning is carried out using said bath at the distance between the needle and the cylindrical collector of 90 mm, the inner diameter of needle of 1.372 mm, the flow rate of mixture of 30 ml/h, the diameter of collector of 100 mm, the rotational speed of collector of 200 rpm and voltage of 20 kV.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain material with thickness of 229-548 mcm and a fibre thickness of 3-15 mcm, a limiting wetting angle for water of 81-120°, tensile strength 3.2-11.9 MPa and modulus of elasticity 84-207 MPa, with diameters of suppression zones 20-28.3 mm for gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and 24.1-28.1 mm for gram-negative coliform bacteria.
