SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a modified polypeptide for producing fructooligosaccharides, in which the polypeptide is β-fructofuranosidase Aspergillus niger containing the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, fused with a signal peptide selected from a group, including S. cerevisiae alpha-factor (FAK), S. cerevisiae alpha-factor (FAKS), S. cerevisiae alpha-factor_T (AT), Aspergillus niger alpha-amylase (AA), Aspergillus awamori glucoamylase (GA), Inulinase Kluyveromyces maxianus (IN), Invertase S. cerevisiae (IV), killer protein S. cerevisiae (KP), lysozyme Gallus gallus (LZ) and serum albumin Homo sapiens (SA), wherein the signal peptide comprises a portion of four LEKR amino acids. Also disclosed is a modified nucleic acid coding said polypeptide, an expression vector, host cell and use of said polypeptide in producing fructooligosaccharides.

EFFECT: invention provides high output of recombinant β-fructofuranosidase Aspergillus niger.
