FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to aesthetic gynaecology. Venous blood is sampled, the blood is centrifuged and the treated blood is introduced into soft tissues of the intimate area. Patient’s blood is drawn into the test tubes with separation gel and enoxaparin and centrifuged in 900G mode. A portion of the obtained platelet-derived plasma is drawn into 3 ml syringe and heated in a Mini dry bath – 100 at 95 °C for 6 minutes, and part, in amount of 0.5 ml, is left without heating. Then heated thrombocyte plasma in amount 2 ml is cooled and mixed with remained autologous thrombocyte plasma 0.5 ml. Gel-like preparation is obtained, which is then introduced into female intimate zones in a certain sequence using cannula 22G×50 or needle 22G 0.7 mm × 38 mm, obtained preparation is administered subcutaneously by means of linear retrograde technique. Into labia majora in amount of 6-12 ml, into labia minora – 1-2 ml, into a clitoral hood – 0.2-0.3 ml. Then bolus needle 22G 0.77 mm × 38 mm prepared preparation is introduced into submucosal layer. Under the clitoris body in amount of 0.3-0.4 ml, into the point G – 0.8-1.5 ml, in the vestibule of vagina 4-5 boluses, in total 0.5-1 ml of the preparation. Then subcutaneously by column technique – retrograde introduction perpendicular to skin in area of pubis and anterior adhesion of labia majora by 4-6 injections in total amount of preparation 1 ml.

EFFECT: method enables providing higher sensitivity during coitus, normalizing a moisturizing level, rejuvenating the genitals and eliminating aesthetic defects caused by loss of volume.
