SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to transfusiology, and can be used to determine the coagulation potential of lyophilised plasma. After liquid plasma is restored in vitro, a thrombodynamic test is conducted. Method includes determining test parameters, specifically: delay time of onset of clot formation, average rate of clot growth, fibrin clot size, clot density and the time of onset of spontaneous clots, if within the reference values, an undisturbed coagulation potential of the lyophilized plasma is determined.

EFFECT: method enables informative determination of coagulation potential of lyophilised plasma in vitro due to the determination after recovery of the liquid state of the plasma in vitro of thrombodynamic test values: delay time of the onset of clot formation, average clot growth rate, fibrin clot size, clot density and spontaneous clot onset time, which can be used in transfusiology departments and blood banks.
