FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of organic copolymers. Disclosed is an automated method for the preparation of copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone and a comonomer selected from 2-methyl-5-vinyl-pyridine, 3-methyl-5-vinyl-pyridine and 2-methyl-5-vinyltetrazole, in the implementation of which: through the flow cell, continuous circulation of the reaction mass from the reactor is carried out, and under the control of a hardware and software complex (HSC), a sample of the reaction mass is taken from the flow cell, fed into a mixing chamber, into which the required volume of the sample diluent is then supplied, mixing the diluted sample in a mixing chamber to obtain a prepared sample, in which, using an analytical device, determining the concentration of comonomers, taking into account of which calculating the composition and weight of the make-up mixture, which is fed into the reactor, wherein opportunities are provided for adjusting the parameters of the mathematical synthesis model implemented by the HSC.
EFFECT: high stability of the quality of the obtained copolymers.
