FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat hardening of parts made from polymers by 3D prototyping. Method of hardening parts made of polymers by 3D printing involves heating in a vacuum chamber with a heating element to glass transition temperature. Then, the part is impregnated with thermosetting resin with hardener with addition of plasticizer consisting of acetone mixed with organosilicon fluid in amount of 10% of total amount of impregnation composition. Heating is continued to the temperature of the highly elastic state of the polymer, after which the vacuum chamber is evacuated to residual pressure and held at said temperature for not less than 1 hour.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the mechanical and thermal cycling strength of a product manufactured using 3D prototyping.
