FIELD: measuring electric variables.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring hazardous factors in electric power engineering, which do not have power supply elements and use energy of electric field in vicinity of current-carrying parts of electric installations above 1,000 V. Indicator has a housing made from electrically insulating material, in which an energy accumulation device and an indication unit are installed. Energy storage device is connected through contacts to the indication unit and contains a current switch, a capacitive dividers unit, which includes a diode bridge, to which an energy accumulation element is connected, which is connected to a current switch and performs energy accumulation through a parasitic capacitance connected to an earthed element of an electrical installation. Indicator additionally includes a current-conducting element fixed with possibility of contact and galvanic coupling on the high-voltage current lead of the electric installation and made in the form of a metal plate. Housing consists of two sections freely rotating relative to each other, besides, the lower section of the housing is rigidly fixed on the current-conducting element. Unit of capacitance dividers is connected through a conductor to a current-conducting element fixed on a high-voltage current conductor, through a bolt or a screw, and/or a cable tie (clamp), and/or a bus clamp. Display unit is connected to N light signal sources, which have different direction, wherein the radiation of the N light signal sources is directed at equal angles relative to each other, as well as to the n audio signal sources.
EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities of high-voltage indicator at increase of reliability of signalling to personnel about dangerous voltage on current-carrying parts of electric installations possible for personnel to touch.
