SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crane-runway girders. Crane-runway girder upper belt low-tee profile with trapezoidal flow cross-section includes variable thickness wall, upper belt having equal thickness and trapezoidal flow section, made with subsequent rolling of low-tee profile in straight horizontal beam and universal girder gages at calculated rolling slopes. Profile depth corresponds to thickness of crane rail lower belt and elastic gasket under it.
EFFECT: increasing the service life of crane-runway girders by eliminating the cause of cracks in the weld zone of the wall connection with the upper belt and reducing metal consumption.
